Fiscal 2026 extended the company’s growth run
IBEX reported fiscal 2026 revenue of US$644.1 million, up 15.4% from US$558.3 million in the prior year. Full-year net income increased to US$46.3 million from US$36.9 million, while diluted earnings per share rose to US$3.13 from US$2.36.
Fourth-quarter revenue reached US$164.3 million, an increase of 11.6% year over year. The company described the period as its sixth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth, giving the year-end result a stronger operating context than a single-quarter spike.

Margins and cash generation add another layer to the result
Adjusted EBITDA for the full year was US$82.4 million versus US$72.0 million a year earlier. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 12.8%, nearly level with 12.9% in fiscal 2025, while reported net income margin improved to 7.2% from 6.6%.
IBEX also reported record annual operating cash flow of US$59.0 million and free cash flow of US$31.2 million. Those measures are useful because they show how much of the reported earnings growth translated into cash available for investment, acquisitions, buybacks or balance-sheet flexibility.

AI work is becoming part of the commercial story
Cornerstone analysisIBEX reported nine new-logo wins in the fourth quarter, including two strategic AI Agent wins, and said it had more than ten AI-agent implementations across five verticals. The company’s broader pitch is not simply to sell software, but to combine technology with outsourced customer-experience operations.
That distinction matters. Enterprise AI projects can attract attention before they contribute material revenue, so the stronger evidence will be expansion in client deployments, measurable productivity or margin benefits, and repeat business that shows the technology is becoming embedded in customer workflows rather than remaining a pilot program.
Fiscal 2027 guidance sets a higher operating bar
Cornerstone analysisFor fiscal 2027, IBEX expects revenue of US$700 million to US$715 million, implying growth of roughly 9% to 11%, and adjusted EBITDA of US$90 million to US$94 million. First-quarter guidance calls for revenue of US$168 million to US$170 million and adjusted EBITDA of US$22 million to US$23 million.
The next phase of the story is therefore execution against a higher revenue base while protecting profitability. If IBEX can continue winning enterprise work, convert AI initiatives into scaled deployments and keep cash generation healthy, the fiscal 2027 guidance provides a clear benchmark against which investors can measure that progress.
