Sinda Hits Its Highest-Grade Caracol Intercept as Exploration Decline Site Work Advances

Caracol delivers Sinda’s highest-grade reported intercept

Sinda Ltd. opened the week with its highest-grade drill intercept reported to date from the Sinda Silver-Gold Project in Guanajuato, Mexico. Drill hole CECA-26-039-A returned 3.05 metres grading 12,494 grams per tonne silver equivalent, including 0.65 metres at 24,548 g/t AgEq.

The intercept came from the HD3 vein inside the Dolores vein system at Caracol, within the outline of Sinda’s existing inferred mineral resource. The interval also carried 6,073 g/t silver and 74.72 g/t gold over the broader 3.05 metres, according to the company’s September 21 release.

Because the result comes from infill drilling inside a defined resource area, it adds another high-grade data point to a part of the project that Sinda is actively drilling to improve geological confidence.

The Dolores program is feeding directly into the next resource update

Sinda says results from the Dolores infill campaign are expected to be incorporated into a planned year-end 2026 mineral resource estimate update. Caracol already hosts the majority of the project’s currently defined mineral inventory, with several modeled silver-gold vein systems including Dolores, Morita, Santiago, Lara and Adriana.

The new HD3 intercept fits into that larger vein network and reinforces the role of Caracol as the project’s flagship resource area. The company’s technical work is therefore moving on two fronts: tighter drilling inside known resource outlines and broader drilling across the surrounding district.

That sequence gives Sinda a clear near-term technical milestone. Assays collected through the ongoing program can be folded into the year-end resource work while new targets continue to be tested elsewhere on the property.

Phase 2 drilling is scaling up across the district

After completing approximately 60,810 metres in Phase 1, Sinda’s Phase 2 surface campaign targets an additional 122,000 metres through the end of 2027. The program includes resource conversion at Caracol, infill work at Agaves, step-out and exploration drilling through the Don Diego corridor, and geotechnical drilling for future underground development.

Sinda currently has 16 drill rigs operating across the district and expects that fleet to expand to 18. At Don Diego, crews are drilling from both ends of the corridor between Caracol and Agaves to test a possible structural connection between the two mineralized areas.

The combination of infill, step-out and corridor drilling gives the project several ways to add geological information at once. Caracol can build confidence in known mineralization while Don Diego and other targets test the broader district architecture.

Exploration decline preparation adds a physical development milestone

Sinda also reported that site preparation is underway for the planned exploration decline at Caracol, with initial site work targeted for completion by the end of 2026. The decline is intended to provide underground access and support more efficient drilling as the project advances.

This is an important shift in the project’s physical work program. Surface drilling has built the current geological picture, while underground access would create new drill positions closer to the mineralized system and provide additional technical information for future development planning.

With the highest-grade intercept to date arriving at the same time as decline preparation and a large Phase 2 campaign, Sinda’s September update brings exploration, resource work and project access into one coordinated development sequence.
